1.設備用途：用于灌注伺服電機定子，電容，變壓器，點(diǎn)火線(xiàn)圈，和其他內部裝有電子元件或線(xiàn)路的器件內。

Application: for filling Servo motor stator，apacity, transformer, ignition coil and other devices with internal electronic components or circuit.

2.設備采用活塞泵式計量方式，吐膠精度高，而且吐膠量和吐出速度都可觸摸屏直接設定。

The equipment uses volume measurement method of piston, high precision , the quantity and speed of the glue can be set directly by touch screen.

3. 設備采用自動(dòng)上料（真空吸料），自動(dòng)調配比率，自動(dòng)混合均勻。

The equipment adopts automatic feeding (vacuum suction), automatic mixing ratios, automatic mixing.

4.根據客戶(hù)的產(chǎn)能要求，吐膠頭數量可設定為1個(gè)、2個(gè)、4個(gè)、6個(gè)等,料桶可設為2個(gè)、4個(gè)。

According to the customer's production requirements, the quantity of glue head can be set to 1, 2, 4, 6,and so on ,the number of barrel can be set to two or four.

     5.原料桶帶攪拌抽真空脫泡，真空箱內真空度保持在100PA內灌注，保證工件內無(wú)氣泡，可提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，以及生產(chǎn)效率，并保持產(chǎn)品一致性。

The raw material barrels have mixing and  vacuum pumping device, The perfusion of glue is completed in the conditions of within 100PA. Ensure that no air bubbles in the workpiece, can improve the quality of products, the production efficiency, and maintain the consistency of the product.
